Chargers run past the Redskins
in OT- 11/27/05
Tomlinson’s overtime score was his third of
the day. The three touchdowns gave him 19
on the season, tying Chuck Muncie's 24-year
old record for touchdowns in a single season.
LT finished with 184 yards on 25 carries and
also caught six passes for 29 yards. Tomlinson
had a steady afternoon but also saved his
best for last.

LT sets a new career high
with 4 TDs against the Jets - 11/06/05 L.T.’s first
touchdown of the day came on a four-yard run
that was set up by a 17-yard catch by tight
end Antonio Gates. Tomlinson followed it up
with a 25-yard catch and run roughly five minutes
later. Jets All-Pro cornerback Ty Law had a
shot to stop L.T. near the 15-yard line following
the catch, but Tomlinson shook Law in the open
field to give the Bolts a 14-0 opening-quarter
lead.

LT throws his third passing
TD Sunday against the Chiefs - 10/30/05 LaDainian Tomlinson
threw another touchdown pass -- his third of
the season -- this time to Eric Parker from
17 yards out in the second quarter. San Diego
(4-4) allowed 418 total net yards, but recorded
four sacks and forced a key turnover when Trent
Green fumbled after a sack deep in Chargers
territory late in the fourth quarter.

Tomlinson extended his NFL-record streak of
consecutive games with a rushing touchdown to
17 Sunday with a two-yard run against the Pittsburgh
Steelers. With the Chargers trailing 16-21 late
in the fourth quarter, Tomlinson ducked his
head and plowed his way to pay dirt to give
San Diego a late lead.
